What happens when Poland’s professional AV community comes together for a day of competition, technology, and networking?

You get the Polish PRO AV Championship Final.

On September 16, Rocware will join the event in Warsaw as a Rocware distributor, bringing our professional AV solutions to one of the most unconventional gatherings of Poland’s AV community.

After four qualifying rounds across Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław, and Kraków, the top 12 drivers will compete for the title of Polish PRO AV Karting Champion.

But the final is about more than racing.

Where professional AV meets real-world experiences

The event brings together AV integrators, technology professionals, and industry partners in a setting that goes beyond the traditional conference format.

Alongside the championship race, guests can experience free karting sessions, group races, BBQ and a DJ party, as well as activities including emergency first-aid training and a vehicle rollover simulator.

There will also be a special appearance by Damian Litwinowicz, European Cross-Country Rally Championship winner.

For us, this is what makes the event so interesting.

Professional AV is not limited to what happens inside a meeting room. It is part of the experiences people see, hear, and interact with every day—from live broadcasts and stage productions to sporting events, presentations, entertainment, and professional collaboration.

And that is where Rocware is continuing to expand.

More than meetings

Rocware has built its expertise around professional video and audio, and today our solutions are designed for a much broader range of professional AV applications.

From collaboration and conferencing to live streaming, stage productions, events, and sports, we are developing technology that helps capture, deliver, and enhance professional AV experiences wherever they happen.

With several new PRO AV solutions added to our portfolio this year, we are continuing to explore what professional video technology can do beyond the traditional meeting space.

The Polish PRO AV Championship is a perfect place to bring that vision to life.

See Rocware in action

At the event, visitors will be able to explore Rocware's latest professional AV solutions at our dedicated booth and connect with our team.

We will also be working with Optoma to bring the action from the track to the audience.

Rocware cameras will capture the event from different areas of the venue and stream the footage live to Optoma projection systems, creating a live visual experience that connects the racetrack, the technology, and the audience.

It is a real-world demonstration of how professional AV can bring an event to life—not simply by documenting what is happening, but by making the experience more engaging and accessible to everyone in the venue.

Race for a good cause

There is another reason to get on the track.

The event is also supporting Leon Słomka, a seriously ill boy who needs help with his treatment.

For every participant who completes at least one lap, 1 PLN will be donated to Leon's fundraiser.

The more laps everyone completes, the more support can be raised.

It is a simple idea, but one that gives every race an extra meaning.

See you in Warsaw

For Rocware, the Polish PRO AV Championship Final is an opportunity to meet existing partners, connect with new AV professionals, showcase our expanding professional AV portfolio, and—most importantly—be part of an event that brings the industry together in a different way.

Whether you are competing for the championship, exploring new AV technology, meeting industry peers, or simply looking for a great day on the track, we look forward to seeing you there.
